Market Appraisal

If you want to sell your property it is important to have an accurate market appraisal. We offer a comprehensive sales service dedicated to helping our clients maximise value from their assets. We will provide you with clear, concise sales advice and make sure your property is achieving its full market potential. Even if you are not looking to sell immediately we are happy to give our opinion on a current value for your property.

Market appraisals, such as those offered by localy agents, are ‘estimates’ and are only intended as a guide to pricing. Estate agents offer appraisals estimated by knowledge of the local area and recent sale prices; they should only ever be used as a guide price. They are not definitive and have no legal standing.
